You may return unused items in new condition, with original packaging and all tags attached, within 14 days of your delivery date. No exchanges will be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and may ship returns using the carrier of their choice. Please email care@sijohome.com with your order number and return tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund minus the original shipping charges.
